What are the fees?

Initial session: $175
Recurring sessions: $150

Do you take insurance?

Yes.

Independently contracted with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Contracted with a company named Alma to bill Aetna, Cigna, Optum/United Health Care, Carelon.

Do you have a sliding scale fee?

At this time, I do not offer sliding scale or pro bono services. Organizations such as Open Path Psychotherapy Collective, and many non-profits operate with the mission to provide services at reduced rates

Do you accept Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)?

No. I am not accepting EAPs at this time.

Do you write letters for Emotional Support Animal?

No, I do not. There are organizations (Pettable.com; Certapet.com; ESADoctors.com; Wellnesswag.com) that specialize in this process and I consider this to be outside of my scope.

Do you write letters for court and other legal issues?

No. I do not participate in person, by phone or in writing in any court related matter that you may be a party to or
become a party to in any way. I do not write letters regarding client’s treatment to any entity, including court.

Where is your office located?

In the Silverwood Commercial Business area. I am in an office about the Southeast Lung and Critical Care office in Rincon, GA. If you search 500 Silverwood Commercial Drive you should get directions right to the office.
